1. About this application
GothamOS (the “Service”) is a private, invitation-only application made available solely to individuals who have been invited by their organization. The Service is not offered or available to the general public, and no self-service registration is provided. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service to these authorized users. By creating an account pursuant to an invitation, you acknowledge and accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
We collect and process the following categories of information in connection with your authorized use of the Service:
- Account information — your name, email address, assigned role, and organizational team.
- Operational data — the sales records and related materials that you submit, together with the information derived from them.
- Security and audit records — authentication events and records of actions taken within the Service, retained to investigate misuse and to satisfy applicable audit and compliance obligations.
3. Service providers
We engage a limited number of third-party service providers to operate the Service on our behalf. Each such provider is bound by contractual obligations to process data solely as instructed and to maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. These providers support functions such as application hosting, database and authentication services, transactional email delivery, abuse prevention, and operational monitoring. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request its deletion. To exercise these rights, you must contact your organization’s designated administrator, who will coordinate the request on your behalf. Deletion takes effect immediately and becomes permanent and irreversible following a ninety (90) day grace period.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with our legal obligations. Materials associated with a deleted sales record are permanently removed within ninety (90) days of that record’s deletion, and security and audit records are retained for a period of up to three hundred sixty-five (365) days.
