Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-17
1. Private, invitation-only service
GothamOS (the “Service”) is a private application made available solely to individuals who have been invited by their organization. The Service is not offered to the general public, and no self-service registration is provided. You may access or use the Service only if you have received and accepted a valid invitation and remain authorized by your organization.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account pursuant to an invitation, and by accessing or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Service.
3. Accounts and authorized access
- Accounts are created solely by invitation and are provisioned by your organization. You may not create an account without a valid invitation, and you may not share, transfer, sublicense, or resell your access or credentials.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must promptly notify your organization’s administrator of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Access is granted on the basis of your assigned role and may be limited, suspended, modified, or revoked by your organization or by us at any time, with or without notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended business purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. Without limiting the foregoing, you shall not, and shall not attempt to:
- submit unlawful content or any data that you do not have the right to provide;
- access, or attempt to access, any data, account, team, or organization beyond the scope of access expressly granted to you;
- access the Service by any automated or programmatic means, or scan, probe, test the vulnerability of, or reverse engineer any part of the Service or its underlying systems;
- interfere with, disrupt, degrade, overload, or impair the Service or its infrastructure, or circumvent any security, authentication, access, or usage-limiting controls; or
- introduce any malicious code or otherwise compromise the integrity, availability, or security of the Service.
5. Ownership of your data
As between you and us, you retain all rights in the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, and use that data solely as necessary to provide and maintain the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Third-party integrations
The Service may permit you to connect certain third-party tools (such as Google Sheets). Your use of any such tool is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies, and you authorize us to access and exchange information with it only to the extent necessary to provide the features you choose to enable.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GothamOS or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
We or your organization may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any material change will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
